Meet Our Team
Senior Creative Lead
I started Leap Forward Web after many years of working for a well-established Web company, and I was fortunate to have helped clients throughout the United States become successful on the Internet. I learned that many small businesses are in need of a better Website, but most do not have the budget to hire an experienced company and that’s where we come in. As a very active hobby, I founded and continue to run a hearing loss website at www.DeafandHoH.com. In this context, I leverage my graphic design skills, but am also engaged with social media, marketing, managing interns, and blogging to keep the site fresh and increase exposure to the hearing loss community.
Now my Goal is to help small businesses create high-end, professional Websites for much less than other companies. I feel my experience, understanding of proper visual design, and knowledge of search engine marketing, can help any business become a force on the Web. Additionally I will offer a variety of graphic design services including print collaterals and marketing materials for your business.
My name is Kristen, and I live in a small town north of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I am currently enrolled in the graphic design program at Rasmussen College and will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in 2018. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the College of St. Scholastica. The combination of these two disciplines allows me to present ideas and designs to audiences in fun, creative ways. I am very excited to be involved with this community! In my spare time I enjoy arts, films, books, and spending time with my family and friends.
